Day 3

Subject: What can you use Facebook ads for, [firstname]?

Hey [firstname]!

After yesterday's e-mail you may be thinking: This is all well and good, but what can I actually use Facebook ads for?

Well, here are just a few sugestions

Direct sales are probably the first thing that springs to mind when people think of advertising on Facebook or elsewhere. People see your ad, click on it, go buy the product. Job done.

The next most popular use is lead generation. You can use Facebook ads to give away a free sample, or to sign up for a forthcoming event. In fact and I'll talk more about ad types tomorrow Facebook even has a specific type of ad JUST for this purpose. It consists of a pre-filled lead form and makes it very easy to connect people with your business. Cool or what? You can also use Facebook Ads for list building, and build your prospect list fast.

If you're an app developer, Facebook ads are perfect for getting more app installs especially as so many people access Facebook from smartphones and tablets.

Bricks-and-mortar stores can use Facebook to generate more store visits. You can run a limited time only deal and show it JUST to people who are in the vicinity.

You can get more video views this way too. If you want to get your video in front of more eyeballs and generate a ton of views, a Facebook ad can really turbocharge your viewing statistics and spread your message or increase brand awareness.

You can also use Facebook ads to increase the number of Facebook page likes, comments, shares, or photo views. You can promote an event, launch a new product, get people to visit your blog or website etc. etc. The list goes on and on. In fact, every day, people come up with more and different ways to use Facebook ads!

Talk soon,
